You're out of luck M. Zsolt, I believe this (very useful) feature is only
available from R/3 6.10 onwards.

Hi Flavio,
I do not have such a check box, only in customizing.
Only the:
      -          display work items….
      -          Enable forwarding
      -          Double clicking…. Check boxes are there.

Go to Settings-->Workflow Settings-->Personal Settings.

Then on Further Settings you have to check the "Transfer of Execution to
Other Work Items Possible" option.
