[LIKELY JUNK]RE: Agent determination failure

For this problem there are usually only a few causes:
1. The bindings are incorrect
2. The container elements referenced in the bindings do not contain the
expected data at the time the rule is called
3. The rule is called under the user id of the previous step - if the
rule calls any routines that require authorizations and the user does
not have the necessary authorizations the rule will fail. This is a
particularly common problem where HR structural authorizations are used.

Testing the rule using PFAC_DIS resolves the agent , but within the
workflow it gives the result "All users can process this task".

I have checked the bindings and the containers but everything seems to
be ok.

Any Idea on what could be wrong

Thank you all

Subject: Agent determination failure

Dear workflow users

I have a workflow which is not resolving an agent at a particular step.
This particular workflow was working until today

And because it is not resolving the agent it is sending the work item to
all users (General task), thereby creating a panic.

Any ideas on what could be wrong and what needs to be done
