Agent substitutor

Hi Jaro,

We've been doing direct table maintenance on HRUS_D2 (and this is an SAP-sanctioned approach). It allows the administrator the ability to set up substitutes for those users who always manage to go away on vacation and 'forget' to set up someone, and there is no impact on the end-user - who can still see who their substitutes are/who they substitute for.

This same table will also provide the raw data for your reporting query.

Regards,
Sue

Subject: Agent substitutor

Hi All,

how to maintain agents substitute.
Every agent can maintain his (her) substitute in workplace/setting/office settings/substitute.
But how can administrator or other person set substitute for another person.
I've found the transaction RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE, in which is posible to maintain substitute for another user. But this setting is then not visible in dialog from workplace, where users can maintain substitute.
So is it possible set substitute for another person in the way, that this setting is visible in workplace setting.
Another request from customer is to see all substitutes in the system. (Agent (user) and her substitute) .

Any suggestion will appreciated.

Best regards,

Jaro
