Work Item Repeating

Thanks Shuarya for your response, you actually  lead me to the solution

It was  the outcome of the release condition(&ZFIPPID.Completed flag&) that was not properly defined

Hi,

The reason behind the same might be a loop which is getting repeated as the condition for that loop might not be satisfying.

Check the loop & the condition in it if it is getting satisfied after second level of approval or not.

A process(invoice document)  that we have created runs through two approval process (decision steps) before it goes for release .



But the issue here is that the second level approval gets a decision step but when she clicks on approval it creates the same work item in her inbox.



What could be the problem?
