agent errors go to SWI2_ADM1 instead of SWI2_DIAG

Perhaps it's not necessary due to my extraordinary level of ... um...whatever.

I just ran it, and there's nothing there.  Only 3 since day 1 (October 2003) and those WFs had been completed long ago.

Anyway, thanks for the kick in the derrier, Mike.  Now I will get to run another transaction!  And I've called myself a WF Admin.  Shame on me.
