SWUY - Wizard for creating workflow-message linkage

Hi,
I have used SWUY to create a workflow that should trigger when a
particular message occurs.
I have run through this wizard, created the workflow.
However when I run the transaction that produces this message no
workflow triggers.
 
Can anyone offer any suggestions as to why the workflow would not be
triggering.
 
Also does anyone know what transactions you would normally use to
manually do this rather than through the wizard?
