Dear GAurav,
 
I do not think you can embedd your request within SAP standard business
workplace, however you can easily create your own worklist using SAP
standard classes where you can sort your workitems.
 
Please have a look at examples swld_inplace1 and swld_inplace2.

HI All,

I have a requirement where I would like to sort workitems in inbox bases
on
certail criteria and send it to folders created in inbox, just like we
do in
other mailbox (outlook, lotus etc.).
here we can create private and shared folders, but not sure how to send
work
item automatically to these folders. Let me know how can we achieve
this.
