How do I attach an Adobe form to an Email?

Dan,

I have a similar requirement, attaching the PCR (display, not approval) form to work items and SAP Office notifications. The difference is the form has to be viewable from the Portal which has its own set of issues.

Shai's suggestion is good - specify the URL but this will open your PDF in portal so that doesn't fit your requirement. I tried putting URL in the long text of work item and Office notification which showed in the SAPGUI but not as a link on the portal side.

I ended up attaching the URL as a file to both the work item and Office notification - works perfectly for the work item but does not work with Office notification (portal side) because of issues with the SONIC connector.

Please let me know if you are successful in converting PCR into an attachable PDF.

Regards,
Thomas Maue

Hi Shai,

I'm well, thank you and hope you are too.

My issue is bigger than just attaching the file: I need to first create/convert the PCR into an attachable file in a PDF format. Then, as a second step to attach this file to the email going out. I got some pointers from some SAP folks and I'm putting together the code as I speak (write . . .).

Thanks for your suggestion.
