workflow inbox folder

HI All,

I have a requirement where I would like to sort workitems in inbox bases on
certail criteria and send it to folders created in inbox, just like we do in
other mailbox (outlook, lotus etc.).
here we can create private and shared folders, but not sure how to send work
item automatically to these folders. Let me know how can we achieve this.
