Jeffrey,

Rule 134 is what I use.  Bind the IDoc number and the agent is returned
from one of the Partner Profile error administrator fields (overall,
inbound, outbound) within WE20.

Hi,

we're using either fixed assignments or special workflow event creation
within the processing function module with custom role-resolution within
the workflow.
