Problem with attachment in SBWP (Ibrahim Khan)

Hi ,
  We can attach the BO to _Attach objects container element in task
container since it is of type SOFM, so i binded it with _Adhoc objects and
then this _Adhoc objects to attachments in method, but still i can't see the
attachment description and some times getting exception  while executing the
attachment -  "The method BUS2104 ended with an exception".
