WF Runtime syncronization issues 4.6c

Hi Rick.
Apologize quite late to reply your e-mail. It's been isolated from internet
for couple days :p
I'm not quite sure what our BASIS doing. Now we only have 3 maximum session
per user. Looking at numbers of Developer itself, it's around 60 persons. So
limiting session is have significant impact to our system.
And even confirm of end processing is also working perfectly.
