Workflow Classification Attributes not transported

We have to make the assignment to General Task in each target client.  However, in a previous post on this topic, James Ward asks:

"Hi,

What is your setting for table t77s0 entry trsp.corr (X=no transport) (page 128 of the book)"

So you might want to check the book.

Hello Workflow Experts,

I have an issue which I would like to be clarified by this expert forum.
We created a classification for task class and used in one of our workflows in DEV   Environment and transported to QA  along with  Workflow template and tasks after testing in DEV box.
When we checked in QA the Classfication value is transported properly and I verified the same in table T77TC . But there was no record created in table HRP1217 which is very much required if we use  "SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW " API to trigger the workflow. When I debugged I found out that it is looking for authrorization in HRP1217 table. Basically the workflow template had been transported as " NO GENERAL TASK " so it was not able to establish the link .

We ran the HR control table programs RHTTCP77 and RHSOBJCH to get the attributes linked to  workflow object. In the past I have used these programs which resolved this kind of issues.

If I manually create the classification attributes as a General Task , there will be  a entry created in HRP1217 table which would resolve the issue. Is that what we got to do always or is there a note we can apply which would take care of the attribute linkage by default ?  Please share your experince , accordingly I can advise my client.
