Betreff: Workflow related ABAP dumps

Hi
 I am seeing 1000's of ABAP dumps.. "Exception condition
"OBJECT_NOT_FOUND"
termination occurred in "CL_SWN_NOTIF_WORKFLOW=========CM003"
in
"IF_SWN_NOTIF~GET_SUBJECT"
Any ideas or pointers?
Thanks
John
