event USER.CREATED or CLONED

Hi all,
 
I'm looking for event CREATED and CHANGED whenever R\3 user is created\change using t.code SU01.
I've noticed that object type USER has event CREATED and CLONED but according to SWEL they are not published.
 
Has anyone worked with these ? Alternatively I can work with the ADDRESS change documents but I prefer to work with application standard events.
