Copy Standard Leave Workflow 4.7

Hello All,

I'm working in R/3 4.7 and have created a copy of the workflow template
WS20000081.Could anyone please advise on how to trigger this from the portal
front end?

Is is OK to copy the SAP standard web transaction and amend the hard-coded
template number with my customised version.

I have updated table T554S_WEB with the new template number but the standard
workflow is still triggering. I believe there is configuration required at
the portal side.
Appreciate your assistance.
