Url ink in Email notification

Hi All,
 
Wanted to check that is it possible to include url Link into the email
notification which is sent from workflow , such that once the user
clicks on the link in the email, he can access the SAP system from
particular Portal / MSS application?
 
If yes, can you guide me how to include the same and what should be the
pre-requisite such that SAP system can be accessed by user by clicking
on this link?
 
System version is R/3 4.7
