Hi,

there're none.

You'll get events (e.g. BUS2105.ReleaseStepCreated) once the requisition is subject to release (see customizing) in ME51 a.s.f.

To create your own event, such as BUS2105.Changed you could use the event creation through change document. Maintain transaction SWEC for change document type BANF, object type BUS2105 and the event you'd like to use.
You may need a system-wide delegation to a derived business object type to add your own new events.
