MSS inbox

Hi Sharat,

You are using TS20000459 which is approval by administrator and are
checking the inbox of the manager i suppose.
if you are using this task check the administrators inbox instead of
managers inbox.

if you want the task to appear in managers inbox then use TS20000460.

You check points shld be:

1: for the person to whom the leave is created, the manager for approval
should be assigned in OM(org management in HR module: tcode PPOM_OLD OR
PP02.)
2. the task should be assigned to a right data entry profile assigned to
that employee.
3.In the data entry profile flag automatic recipient and workflow approval
else the workflow will not start.

Hi,


Can any one share some knowledge how to configure MSS inbox for CATS time
approval work items..


I am using TS20000459 for CATS approvals..and currently on ECC6.





the work items are not showing up in MSS inbox
