Thanks for the fast reply. The problem is the user has emailed me a screen 
shot of his problem, so I cant easily the short cut. I am using RSWUWFML2 
in a standard way with no changes, where is the Command=*swnwiex 
p_action=EXECUTE;.... generated from, if the * is missing, would it be in 
the generation of it that is incorrect, ?

Dear John,
 
Please take a closer look into the shortcut - open SAP file with notepad.
The command should be "Command=*swnwiex p_action=EXECUTE;...."
 
My assumption is that the asterisk is missing before "swnwiex". BTW, what 
method for which object is executed ?

Hi all

ECC 6.0, running RSWUWFML2. I have an issue where users receive the 
outlook email ok but when executing the icon, an ONLI 'ok code' dialog box 

is displayed, rather than taking them to the transaction, any idea why?
