icon in outlook mail opens ok code box

Hi all

ECC 6.0, running RSWUWFML2. I have an issue where users receive the 
outlook email ok but when executing the icon, an ONLI 'ok code' dialog box 
is displayed, rather than taking them to the transaction, any idea why?
