Dear Ajay,
In the binding of the task that creates your current workitem you should pass an object to the task container element called "&_ADHOC_OBJECTS&". For example, you can the BP object type. When you'll click it then the default method of the object type will be executed, usually it is DISPLAY, which eventually display the relevant transaction.

Hi,

How to attach a Link in the workitem to go to certain transaction just by
clicking on it.

Example: Workflow triggers when i change the BP 100, then it sends a
workitem to the workflow inbox. But i want a Link in the attachments part of
the Workitem, Upon clicking on it i want to go to the BP 100 Screen, How can
i do it.
