Organizational units structures get transported to QA Main client (300) but not the testing one (311) - not solved.

Well, for those of you noticed this issue ("Organizational units and
positions not getting transported into QA environment.") from 2 days ago..
the problem is not yet solved...

The real problem is that the data is getting transported to the Main QA
client (number 300), but into the other 2 clients (310, and 311-where the QA
testing really happens).

Any input on this...?

Or any alternative to do it?
