Hi Markkos,
just guessing, but have you checked the authorization for the user you use
to import into QA? Including structural authorizations?
kind regards,
Veit

Re: Organizational units and positions not getting transported into QA

Well, I've validate that the system is running with the current date.
Anyway, I have checked the table T77S0 in both environments and values are
empty for the 3 entries.
I have checked also in the 'OOTR' and nothing is there...
What I don't understand is why does not the 'rhmove30' work for me. I have
included all my org units and positions and I see then in the transport
request object list but they don't appear then in QA after the transport
is done and buffer is refreshed.... maybe I'm doing something wrong in the
rhmove30??
thanks for your answers...

Markoss,
If your Transports look OK and show no signs of import problems in your
target system then it must be something else.
Is your QA system is running with a system date in the past?
It's happened to me before that for whatever reason I've sent through HR
changes and the target system doesn't appear to be affected because as far
as it's concerned those changes won't apply until later :)

Yes, I have checked that the transports contain the entries...
Regarding your second comment, I don't find any customizing related to
that point... I guess and as I've read somewhere else the important one is
inside the OOCR which I have checked and all the entries have empty value.
Thanks anyway for your answer...
any other comments?
This is crazy...
I'd appreciate your help..

Hi Markkos,
have you checked that you transports actually did contain some entries?
E.g. look in the object list of the transports using SE01 or the like.
If so. there's one more thing to check on the QA box. Because you can not
only control what is to be recorded in a transport, you can also control
what is allowed to import. Maybe this is currently set to filter out
everything.
I currently have no system in front of me to look it up, but if I remember
correctly you can find this setting in the customizing tree somewhere in
the beginning of the personal administration branch...
kind regards,
Veit

Organizational units and positions not getting transported into QA
environment.
Good day,
I'm having some problems with the customizing transports of the
organizational structures that I have defined for a workflow. The
hierarchy defined only includes org units and positions.
I have tried to re-transport the orders again to the QA environment
without having success.
I have already check into the transaction 'OOCR', that the 'value abbr.'
in the "TRSP CORR Transport Switch" entry is empty.
After failing on the previous procedure:
I have decided to use the Manual way using the 're_rhmove30'. I have
created a new transported and included all the organizational units ('O')
with evaluation path as 'A003' and all the positions with evaluation path
as 'A*'. In the transport section of the report I have only checked the
'transport objects' box. Afterwards, I have included all the items in the
order. But after the transport of these two orders to the Quality
environment, I do not see any of this data (using the PPOM).
I've just thought about this: Do I have to create an 'X' entry in the
"TRSP CORR" in the QA Environment or the Development, or both?
I don't know what's happening, I'm my last project I did the same kind of
work, and all the structures were transported successfully using the
customizing requests I have created along the creation process.
Also, all the other customizing request such as the one for the event
enabling and starting conditions are correctly in the QA environment.
Any input on this would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help.
