First run report SWN_SELSEN to see if your configurations are OK.
If the output shows the system found data then try to see if the recipients has e-mails + communication method maintain in user master. Afterwards check SCOT settings.

Hi all

I have configured extended notification in line with what I could find on 
sdn and this group, but still nothing I am looking at Tx SOST but cant see 
any emails being sent, is there some kind of trace file or log that is 
available to see where its failing (or what I have forgotten to do!)
