Leave Approval Workflow WS12300111 - Notification problem

Hi Friends,
 I am working on the Standard Leave Approval Workflow Template WS12300111..
My problem is when the leave is *approved*, the notification is not sent to
the UWL of the requestor. I only got the work item when the leave is
rejected. I have scheduled the report
RPTARQEMAIL  in background. Please help me to solve this issue
