When you say delete sap mail. You mean exactly what?
Delete your mail, others mail, all mail for user(s) as the
Administrator, Cleanup Shared trash, ...?

See prg RSSODLOLD for code. Does a lot and very informative.

Lots of SOxx T-codes to do various inbox reports. Unless you are writing
a custom app to do what you want.

Andy, search for the SO*API* set of function modules. I don't have
access to a system at this time. If I remember correctly, you first get
the folder ids of a user and then get the contents of the required
folder. Let me know if you need more info.

Cheers,
Ramki Maley.

		Hi All,

I was wondering if there is a transaction/function
module available that reports on the list of documents a user might have
in their Business Workplace? Something similar to SWI5 perhaps but for
documents?

		Many thanks in advance,

		Andy
