Workflow- FI invoices problem

Hello Shailendra,

please check the user assignments on task-level, ie.:

- Go into one of the "old" inboxes
- Choose to display on the particular work items
- Choose Extras-->Display Task
- Choose Additnl.Data-->Agent assignment-->Display

Either the task is a "General task - Everyone can process it", or you'll find specific per-user or per-Organization-Unit assignments there.
Possibly the new users are missing here.

Regardsless of the correction above, there could be an additional agent determination within the workflow step (by rule, by object attributes or by a prior step), that incorrectly determines the user-ID.
In such a case it is best to contact one, who is familiar with that custom made workflow design.

Are you using the standard workflow for payment release on FI?

Best regards,
Florin
