Hello Pablo,

You need to set the Agent Assignment Attribute of the Workflow to a
General Task.

>From the Workflow Builder, click the Basic Data button (the Hat), then
click Agent Assignment for Task (Red button). Click the Attributes
button and then click General Task. This will let all users see it.

If you just want certain users to see it, then instead of making it a
General task, click the Name of the workflow and then the Create Agent
Assignment button (first button on the left) and add the users or
positions that you want to be able to see the workflow. You will have
to do for each user or position.

That should do it.

Subject: Starting WFs from GOS

Hello experts, I have the following problem:

I need to run a WF in manual way from transaction KO02
from GOS (Generic Object Services). The question is:
how I include my WF to be manually sent from the GOS?
Today the list of WF from GOS is empty.

For more clarity, attached I send the screen-shots.

Thank you, in advance.
