Workflow Version not start

Yes I did

Now I think my mistake is that workflow transported uses a Role which is
not transported yet

I saw it with transaction SWU7

   Did you transport your workflow event linkage from your configuration
client to you QAS environment before you Transported your workflow
objects from DEV to QAS?

is transported to QAS can not start because of the next error:
