      Mustafa,
The solution I suggested - to hide the "forward" button using the UWL XML Config - can be applied either globally for all workflows or only for the specific workflow task.

To apply it just for the workflow task you need to change the display_order_priority property of the "forward" action in the specific ItemType tag of the relevant workflow task. You do not need to change the forwarding settings on the workflow task itself in the ERP system so you can leave it as a general task.

I strongly recommend you take a look at the uwl_configuration.dtd (you should see a link from the UWL Administration view) to understand how ItemType and Action tags should be parsed.

Plus ... a little cultural awareness for you Mustafa... :-)

Jocelyn Dart is female and you should address her by her first name i.e. "Jocelyn" - Dart is the family or surname and should never be used to address a female unless you are addressing her formally with her title e.g. as "Ms. Dart"
These little niceties are always good to know for the sake of international co-operation.

  Thanks Dart and Florin,

Florin: I need to leave the "Generic Task" task selected since the approver is not known at design time. I can't even nominate a group of people to be the possible agents for that task since anybody in the company could be an approver. In addition, we are using a custom decision task not the standard decision task nor a copy of it.

Dart's solution will affect all workflows if I understood him correctly. We need this only for specific workflows.
