DESCISION Step Question. How-To halt completion if a BEFORE / AFTER method fails 4.6c

I have a DESCISION step with some BEFORE / AFTER methods. 
 
Happy path works like a champ. 
But, if an AFTER method fails when user Approves step, how do I keep
task from completing?
