WI Content not displaying

Hi ,

One of our Approvers is not able to view the content (text) in his WI.
Not sure what is causing this.

The WF log looks good, we are able to see the content and all the values .
But not sure what is causing this issue for the user.

We are on R/3 4.6C. EP 7
