POST Document (FIPP) ?

Dear Priya,
Two straightforward alternatives:
Simple - check the "Confirm end of processing" checkbox in the task which leads to FBV0. In this case, whenever 'A' will leave FBV0 he will be prompted to confirm completion. In case he did not post (for any reason), he should choose "cancel". Consequently the workitem will remain in his inbox. Only when he will choose "confirm completion" the workitem will be set to "completed" and disappear.
Advanced - Within the method which navigates to FBV0, after the "call transaction FBV0.." statement check the invoice status; if it is not posted add statement "exit_cancelled.". This will cause the workitem to stay in the user inbox.
Please try & notify.
Good luck.

Hi All,
I have developed zWF for posting of Invoice using BO- FIPP.Here we are
facing some issues.
As if now:
1) Parked Document is sent to 'A' for posting. In our scenario we have
User decision with options - POST , REJECT .
2) If 'A' has opted REJECT, Doc will go back to initiator for making
changes and If 'A' has opted POST he will post the doc through (FBV0).
NOW the issue is :
1) If 'A' has opted POST and is taken to FBV0 screen & because of
authorization problem he cannot Post in particular G/L Accnt , he has
clicked on back, once he clicked on back the Workitem is disappeared .
2) Now if, say after an hr 'A' has got the authorization for posting ,
then he don't have any workitem in his inbox from where he can post.
SO the posting process got stop here. we want to continue the process once
authorization is provided to 'A' .
Please suggest something and help me to come out of this issue .
Any help will be highly appreciated .
Rgds
Priya
