Hello Jocelyn,

Thanks for the response. We are using a BUS7051 object and this conatins personnel changes that have to be approved by a one over manager. Checking OSS for any notes on this FM as well.

Sincerely,
Ron Adkins

  Ron,
Don't worry about which function module that is being used. _IBF is fine... the question is not which routine is being used - worry about which
  application is raising the event.
If this is the BUS2012.RELEASESTEPCREATED or one of the other purchase document events, check for incorrect entries in transaction SWEC.
There's a note about it but don't have the number on me.

  Subject: SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT

  Hello,

I have two workflows that I am trying to figure out. I have noticed in SWEL that when one event is triggered, I get a SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT and it is also incorrectly spawning a SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF. This second workflow that is triggered is incorrect. I want to have one event trigger only one workflow.
Can anyone tell me the difference between these two actions? SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT vx. SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF?

  Thanks,
  Ron Adkins
