deadline monituring in CATS workflow

A few of ways. 
One, create WF, add an Activity step and use the existing task. Put the
Requested Start here...
Two, create a task / CFM that traps the event and start org task from
there...
Three...
 
You will need to change the calling WF in HR config. (Don't remember
where that is, sorry!)

we are in ECC 6. and using task TS31000007. note that there is no
workflow templete but just a task.
