Hi,

As there is no wf yet, I can only give you an idea on how it should run 
and thats what I have already written in my first posting.
I am not fully aware (not yet) of the process of manually creating GL 
accounts in daily business, I am just evaluating the possibilities on this 
side.

Hello Christian,

I would vote for the second solution to approve a form separatly, and 
after the final approval has been given, you could use a background 
batch-input to actually post the approved data into the transaction.
This way I had implemented a WF to approve vendor-master-data and it 
worked fine.
