Diferences between SAP Workflow 4.7 and 6.00 (ECC)

I'm looking for documents about the differences between Workflow in SAP
4.7 and 6.00 (ECC), and about the required migration steps from SAP
Workflow 4.7 to SAP Workflow 6.00.
