ESS Travel Management 'Approve Trip' Workflow Template WS20000040 (Approve Trip)

Hi

We have had the business package for ESS Travel Management installed, from 
the portal I can see this ok. I have been asked to configure the Approve 
Trip workflow.
Question
Looking in the backend ECC6 R3 system I can see the Workflow Template 
WS20000040 (Approve Trip) do I need to create a web transaction for this 
and/or its tasks, or do anything specific to it, so that it will function 
from within ESS, or is it just standard R3 config.
