I just have had the same problem. 
Apparently, the flow for approving a PO gets triggered twice by default : once from the code, once from the SWEC at the creation of a PO
Just delete the line 'EINKBELEG - bus2012 releasestepcreated on creation' in swec and the problem should be solved.

Not an answer, but a related question.We are on the same release, I am trying to get the WS20000075 working, but it keeps failing and deactivating itself, the error on looking at SWEL suggests a problem, possibly mandatory elements not being passed. Any ideas?

Hello there, 

We  have a ECC 6.0 SAP system where we are looking at using Purchase Order ( 

WS20000075) 

or Purchase Requistion (WS00000038) workflow 

The customer is wondering if there is a way to have the Requestor notified when the Purchase Order or Purchase Req is approved.
