RSWUWFML2 - use mail address from p-file

Hi Bjorn,

there's a selection parameter i.e. called "FM for Determining Address".
If you look through the coding you should easily find, where it's used to see which import parameters you'll need.

Attention: The call to the exit is a little bit convoluted and only called when you chekced the boxes to add an executable attachment. Funny aint?
