WS20000075 - start event get deactivated - missing parameter in import container

Hi Folks,
 
We went last weekend live with this WF for the approval of a PO. There seems to be a problem with starting the flow. When a user creates a PO, the event releasestepcreated is started, but there's an error saying that the import container is wrong.
 
When I trigger the event myself, the flow starts without problems. When the first person in the strategy approves, the second flow is started and so on. So apparently it s only when the PO gets created that this problem occurs...
The most bizarre thing is that in dev and test everything works fine, in production (Hi Murphy) not...
Can this be a problem with roles or something else?
