I agree whole heartedly Mike. They were probably useful in some burg in Austria but don't really apply to the test of the world.

I'm looking for a list of IS-U workflow templates (like the appears in SWDM).
Currently I've browsed SAP Help but who ever done that in the past can guess what I was able to find.
Any info will be helpful.
