Can you share some info on how you accomplished the action directly from
Outlook ? Do you use single sign on ?
We currently export WorkItem to outlook , but the user is redirected to
an SAP transaction/Inbox when they execute the "Execute Work Item"
attachment in the email. If possible , please attach a screenshot of
your outlook message.

Thanks,
Sharad.

Subject: Advance with Dialog

Hi All,

It's again the same area- Advance with dialog. It might be repeataion,
but needed your help on this matter.

I have a scenario where in, once the approver rejects the documnet, he
is presented with the pop-up as advanced with dialog is chekd in SAP.

But, as we have set up extended notificatoins, work item is sent to
user's outlook . Here from outlook, user can click the link Reject work
item and the effect is like outcome is rejecting the work item. But user
is not presented with the pop-up. Another work item for pop-up is placed
in his work place.
Just wanted to know that will Advanced with dialog will work only if
user executes the work item in SAP GUI or SAP GUI for HTML?
(or is there something can be done so that after he clicks the link of
Reject Work item in outlook, he is presented with pop-up)

regds,
Akshay
