Hello Aditya
to your question about selecting agents from org structure
if you are not familiar with evaluation path concept i would suggest first
looking up in this direction tran. OOWA (func. rh*stRUC*get )shows paths already difened for
varios selections . in the role edior there is a special role that uses this concept.
Now the more heavier question is why invent a new mechanism where release strategy exists ?
If you need additional " virtual " approvers not based on strategy you may add steps to the existing
workflow after copying it or as
i try - (some politics needed) to force every one appear on the release strategy .
by the way the original role is based on a function that itself has a user exit to accomdate for additinal selections
best regards Rina Spector

Hi,
i have to create a PR Multilevel Approval WF.
WF would be triggered using RoleResolution by userexit in Release Strategy.
Now, do i have to write code in the userexit available for PurchaseRequisition on fetching the approvers from the Org.Structure created by the company. If yes is there a FM which i could use, and if so, how would i pass these approvers that i get to my WF that should trigger and send workitems to respective Approvers.

I have created WF's where AgentId is directly set in Workflow tab of Release Strategy, never triggered a WF through a userexit.

Please provide assistance as its really urgent.

Thanks.
Aditya
