Email to Multiple users using a Send Mail Step

Hi Guys,
  Thanks for ur relplies.I have created a distribution list in
Outlook.Iwant to know how to specify that distribution list id in my
Send mail
step.In Send mail step we have recipient type Email Address.Can we select
that recipient type and give the distribution list id in the Email
address.If so how to mention it.For eg if i have created a distribution list
say abc in xyz.com.,then how to mention there.Please Clarify
