workflow message linkage via SWUY

Hi Group,
 
I am working on Message workflow with Tx. SWUY wizard Msg class: M8 msg 035 
it created everything fine but the workflow is unable to start what should be the problem
the trigger doesn't show up in trace 
 
I want to trigger a workflow on Info message popup for Msg M8035 in tx: MIRO

Hi Karl,

 

I work in release 6.20:

 

SWUY created an entry in table T100W and a WorkFlow Stub.

The long text of the message menu bar showed  a new "Start WorkFlow"  button. 

This button effectively triggered the workflow,  it worked fine.

 

Then I tryed to reverse SWUY:

 

- Deleted the workflow with PFTC.

- SE11...table T100W asked mi for an "Access key" I hate and do not have it. 

- Deleted the content of the worflow field in table T100W with SM30. Other fields are protected.  

- With SM30 again: Selected the T100W row and marked the 'Delete' button. it worked fine again,

    no access key was necessary.

The wizard (SWUY) allows you to create them, but how do you delete unwanted entries?
