Start workflow on customer credit limit create

Hi,

I have to start a workflow when credit limit is created for a customer. I 
tried to trigger the workflow on change document KLIM. But it is not 
triggering the event on creation. But it is working fine when I am 
changing the credit limit. I am using transaction FD32 to set up the 
credit limit (KNKK-KLIMK).

Any help will be appreciated.
