Workflow not showing up in ME23n Transaction for Purchase

Dear Arghadip,

Please create two different workflow template: one for PR and another for PO.
If you wish a workflow to appear in the GOS under start condition you have to carry out several steps. For example in ME23N:
Create a workflow template. Within its container you must have element for BUS2012 as import and mandatory.
Define yourself as a possible agent for the workflow template (not task!).
Create workflow definition (=steps) via the workflow builder.
Have you workflow template saved+active.
That shoud do it. Please try & notify.

Hi

I am Arghadip. I had made a custom Workflow Template for Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition. The problem is it is not showing up in the Workflow->Start Workflow part in ME23N for both Purchase Order and Purchase requistion. This path(Workflow->Workflow Overview) is also used to check the worklow Log for a PR or PO. I have used a Custom business object which I have delegated to the Standard Business Object.Can any body tell me how will the Workflow Show up in me23n for PR and PO
