Transporting Org Units

Try using report RHMOVE30 in order to "pack" all your org structure into a transport request

	  We have created Organization Structure for our workflows and we have directly assigned those org.units and positions into the workflow tasks and mails. Now, when we transport these org.structure from Dev to QA will there be any conflict??? I recently read in a forum that workflows might error out. How to fix this issue... I know, one way is to create separate Org structure in DEV, QA and PRD systems... but, that's ruled out as changes in workflow would be huge. 
	
	Is there anyway we can retain the same numbers for org.units & Positions in all the systems???? :(
